Minute packs are consumable credits on your account. They do not follow a monthly subscription reset. Welcome minutes are granted once when your wallet is created.

Originals and cleaned results are stored in our cloud so you can play them in the app from any Mac after you sign in. Delete a job in the app to remove that job’s files. Deleting your account removes your files, jobs, and wallet.
原片和清洗结果存在云端，登录后可在其他 Mac 上播放。在应用里删除任务会删掉该任务的文件。注销账号会删除你的文件、任务和余额。
If upload or cleaning fails, reserved minutes are returned. Minutes already settled on a finished job are not refunded.
