1. The service
1. 服务内容
SimpleClean is a native macOS application that uploads audio or video you select, runs AI voice cleaning, and lets you play and download the cleaned file. This website is informational only. It does not process files and does not have user accounts.
SimpleClean 是原生 macOS 应用：上传你选择的音视频，进行 AI 人声清洗，并供你播放和下载结果。本网站仅作介绍，不处理文件，也没有用户账号。
2. Eligibility and account

You must be at least 13 years old. Uploading files or buying minutes requires Sign in with Apple. You are responsible for activity on your account. You may delete your account in the app.
你必须年满 13 周岁。上传文件或购买分钟需要通过 Apple 登录。你须对账号下的行为负责。可在应用内删除账号。
3. Your files and license

You retain ownership of your files. You represent that you have the right to upload and process them. You grant us a limited license to store, transmit, and process those files solely to provide SimpleClean, including sending them to our voice-cleaning provider. Do not upload content that is illegal or that you do not have rights to.
文件所有权仍归你。你须保证有权上传和处理这些文件。你授予我们有限许可，仅为提供 SimpleClean 而存储、传输和处理这些文件，包括发送给我们的人声清洗服务商。请勿上传违法或无权处理的内容。
4. Minutes and in-app purchases

- New wallets may receive a one-time grant of 3 welcome minutes.

- Additional minutes are sold as consumable App Store products: 10 minutes for $1.99, 30 minutes for $4.99, 90 minutes for $12.99, and 300 minutes for $39.99. Local prices may differ by storefront.
- 额外分钟以消耗型 App Store 商品出售：10 分钟 $1.99、30 分钟 $4.99、90 分钟 $12.99、300 分钟 $39.99。各地商店标价可能不同。
- We charge the actual duration of the file, with a minimum of one second, converted to minutes. Minutes are reserved when a job starts. If the job fails or is cancelled before completion, reserved minutes are returned. Minutes settled on a finished job are not returned.
- 按文件实际时长扣费，最少 1 秒，再换算成分钟。任务开始时预扣；完成前失败或取消会退回预扣。已完成并结算的任务不退分钟。
- You cannot delete a job while it is still processing. You may delete uploading, failed, or ready jobs. Deleting a ready job does not refund minutes.
- 处理中的任务不能删除。上传中、失败或已完成的任务可以删除。删除已完成任务不退分钟。
- Payment is processed by Apple. Refund requests follow Apple’s App Store refund rules. Consumable minutes are generally not restorable like subscriptions.
- 付款由 Apple 处理。退款按 App Store 规则。消耗型分钟通常不能像订阅那样恢复购买。

Do not abuse the service, attempt to bypass minute charging, upload malware, or interfere with other users. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
不得滥用服务、绕过分钟计费、上传恶意软件或干扰其他用户。我们可能暂停违规账号。
6. Quality and availability

AI cleaning may not remove all noise and may affect voice quality. Processing depends on third-party providers and network conditions. The service is provided “as is” without warranties of uninterrupted or error-free operation, to the extent permitted by law.
AI 清洗未必能去掉全部噪音，也可能影响人声。处理依赖第三方服务商和网络。在法律允许范围内，服务按「现状」提供，不保证不中断或无错误。

Supported formats: MP3, OGG, WAV, FLAC, AIFF, AAC, M4A, AVI, MP4, MKV, MOV, M4V. Maximum file size 1 GB. Maximum duration 3 hours. Requires macOS 14 or later.
支持格式：MP3、OGG、WAV、FLAC、AIFF、AAC、M4A、AVI、MP4、MKV、MOV、M4V。最大 1 GB，最长 3 小时。需要 macOS 14 或更高版本。

9. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for loss of files you did not also keep locally. Our total liability for a claim relating to the app will not exceed the amount you paid us for minutes in the 12 months before the claim, unless a non-waivable law says otherwise.
在法律允许范围内，我们对间接或后果性损害，以及你未在本地另行保存的文件损失不承担责任。与应用相关的索赔总额不超过索赔前 12 个月内你向我们购买分钟所支付的金额，强制性法律规定除外。
